For stays of less than three months, citizens of other European countries, Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Kiribati, South Korea, Lesotho, Malawi, Malaysia, Mexico, Namibia, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Swaziland, Tuvalu, United States, Uruguay, Venezuela and Zimbabwe need only a valid passport. Other nationals must have a visa.
